What is Fish Oil?
Fish oil is a dietary source of omega-3 fatty acids. Human beings body need omega-3 fatty acids for many functions, from muscle activity to cell growth.

Refined fish oil is the lipid extracted from fish, rich in EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid). Ordinary fish contain very little EPA and DHA. Only cold-water deep-sea fish such as anchovy, salmon and sardine are abundant in EPA and DHA, while almost all terrestrial animals hardly contain them. This is why we adopt deep-sea fish as raw materials to refine EPA and DHA.
