| 2.Marshmallows Agar-agar use about 2.5%, and glucose liquid, white granulated sugar made of soft candy, its transparency and taste far better than other soft candy. AGAR is used in solid food, its function is to solidify into colloids, as the main raw materials and complex other excipients, such as sugar liquid, granulated sugar, spices and so on. |
| 3.Canned meat and meat products AGAR from 0.2 to 0.5% can be used to form a gel that effectively binds ground meat. |
| 4. Sibabao congee, tremella bird's nest, soup food AGAR was used as thickener and stabilizer. |
